The second edition of the Storage, Renewable and Electric Vehicles Integration Forum will take place this May 21–22 in a fully virtual format. With free registration and global access, the event brings together Europe’s key energy stakeholders to discuss the future of renewables, battery storage, and eMobility integration. It is organized by Strategic Energy Corp (SEC), through its platforms Strategic Energy Europe and Mobility Portal Europe.
The opening session will feature an exclusive interview with Norela Constantinescu, Acting Director of the IRENA Innovation and Technology Centre. Representing the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA), Constantinescu will outline the technologies expected to lead in 2025, the role of battery storage in this critical decade, the emergence of green hydrogen, and how trends in LCOE for solar and wind may evolve amid market volatility. She will also share IRENA’s strategic outlook on how to accelerate renewable integration across European grids.
One of the core highlights of the first day will be a panel bringing together representatives from SolarPower Europe, Hydrogen Europe, EASE (European Association for Storage of Energy), and other major associations. These institutions will offer an in-depth review of the current regulatory landscape, technical challenges, cross-border grid integration, and long-term projections for renewable technologies across the continent.

Another key session will address the future of solar energy in Europe, with speakers from GCL SI, Everyray, and SMA Italia Srl. Topics will include breakthroughs in high-efficiency modules and granular silicon, the impact of digitalization on utility-scale operations, and the role of flagship projects like Blackhillock, which is set to become the largest battery system connected to the grid in Europe.
At the midpoint of the day, a special keynote presentation will introduce FES Iberia 2025, the next major in-person event organized by Future Energy Summit in Spain. The session will preview its agenda, confirmed speakers, and the role the summit will play in shaping Europe’s regulatory, financial and technological energy dialogue.
Later, the spotlight will shift to a Spanish-language technical discussion focused on the intersection of solar PV and battery storage. Companies such as Suntech, Solplanet, FlexGen, and Diprem Global will explore synergies that are improving project profitability and resilience, especially in response to critical events such as the recent Iberian blackout.
The first day will close with a panel of renowned analysts from AleaSoft, 360 Energy, Sólida, Licencia Social Energy, and Agere, who will share forecasts on energy pricing, financial risk mitigation, the influence of artificial intelligence in price prediction models, and the growing relevance of social acceptance in project viability assessments.
The second day (May 22) will focus entirely on the advancement of electric mobility. The day will begin with an interview with Philippe Vangeel, Director of EV Belgium, followed by a panel on the current challenges and opportunities to expand Europe’s fast-charging infrastructure. A session on transatlantic cooperation between Europe and Latin America will explore joint strategies to promote sustainable mobility.
The event will conclude with a live data presentation by Mobility Portal Data, offering a real-time snapshot of the eMobility sector and its 2026 outlook.
With over 20 organizations involved, the Storage, Renewable and Electric Vehicles Integration Forum – Second Edition stands as a key platform for defining Europe’s energy future—technically, financially, and geopolitically.
