Gonvarri Solar Steel has signed an agreement for the supply of 162 MW of its 1P solar trackers in Spain, reinforcing its leadership in the solar structures sector in the region.
This project includes the supply of over 3,900 trackers, strategically distributed across multiple layouts, enabling flexible operation and optimization of the projects’ lifespan, as well as improving the LCOE for the client.
With this new agreement, Gonvarri Solar Steel continues to strengthen its presence in the Spanish market and actively contributes to the country’s decarbonization efforts. The agreement also solidifies its footprint in Castilla-La Mancha, a region where the company’s technology now supports more than 1 GW of installed capacity.
These 162 MW add to other significant agreements the company has secured over the past year, positioning it as a key player in the transition to renewable energy in Spain and Europe, further reinforcing its commitment to global markets.
