The Romanian Photovoltaic Energy Association (RPIA) points out that “solar energy is currently the fastest-growing sector in Romania,” supported by a stable legislative framework that aims to simplify processes and reduce uncertainties, as well as the Contracts for Difference (CfD) mechanism, which provides stability signals and promotes investments.
