The third edition of the Future Energy Summit Iberia will be the venue chosen by Chemik to launch its portfolio of technological solutions.
The firm will present its TCS Series line , designed to improve efficiency in large solar installations, complementing its flagship solutions, Chekness and String+.
For the company, FES Madrid is the ideal platform due to the strategic level of attendees.

“In networking, meeting decisive people is what sets FES apart from other industry events,” says the CSO and CTO, Héctor Erdociain explains that “in the two previous editions, FES had a fairly high-level of speakers and participants, and that’s what enriches these meetings.”
In an interview with Strategic Energy Europe , the executive maintains that his participation will focus on sharing the direct contribution to the profitability of projects , especially for EPC companies, of the products offered by Chemik.

Solutions designed for real efficiency in the field
The TCS Series is a set of solutions for cable routing and management in photovoltaic projects, including supports, tensioned members, connectors, and pre-assembled mounting systems.
“This system allows the cables to be separated from the torque tube, minimizing thermal losses and improving installation,” explains Erdociain.
The product family includes versions such as TCS-CAB , TCS-CAB-C and TCS System , which enable clean, fast and safe installations in both east-west and north-south directions .
In parallel, Chemik highlights the TCSMULTICAB system , a solution that completely eliminates the need for trenches for cabling , with a significant impact on CAPEX reduction.
“A 300 MW project costs around €2.5 million in trenches. With this system, that cost drops to around €500,000,” he explains, although he warns that it will depend on the characteristics of each project.
In addition to reducing execution times, the post-installation of electrical systems improves project cash flow . “Since you don’t purchase the electrical product until the end, cash flow is positive, and that’s key for financing,” he emphasizes.
Another innovation to be presented will be the patented Checkness system , which eliminates the need for copper wiring in the field . “We transformed the installation into a modular system,” emphasizes Erdociain, who asserts that this development reduces contingencies on site and improves profitability.
Meanwhile, String+ is positioned as a strategic product for optimizing the electrical configuration of strings based on the specific layout of each solar farm.
“It allows for the flexibility of increasing the number of modules per string, which reduces costs and improves system efficiency,” he explains. According to his calculations, this technology allows for a CAPEX reduction of around 4% .
A demanding context, but with clear opportunities
FES Iberia 2025 will be held on June 24 at the Betancourt Auditorium of the Madrid College of Civil Engineers , with the participation of more than 400 executives from the public and private sectors.

This edition will feature exclusive panels on offtakers and renewable energy development in Southern Europe , consolidating the event as a strategic hub for the energy transition between Europe and Latin America.
Companies such as 360Energy, Risen, Yingli Solar, BLC Power Generation, and Chemik have already confirmed their participation. In addition to high-level conferences, the event will offer strategic networking opportunities , private meetings , and an exclusive VIP cocktail party for developers, investors, and industry leaders.
“We’re required to continually innovate. They’re always waiting for us to launch the next thing, and at FES we’re going to bring even more,” Chemik’s CTO anticipates.
He also describes the meeting as coming at a time when both Spain and the rest of the European countries “still have the opportunity to continue implementing renewables, but it remains to be seen whether this momentum will be matched with demand.”
In this sense, storage emerges as a key solution, awaiting regulatory definition.
“We need it so our clients can enter that market. We also provide products for that segment and are waiting for that regulatory framework,” Erdociain warns.
What are the company’s expectations for 2025?
Although it anticipates that installed photovoltaic capacity in Spain will decline slightly this year , Chemik expects to increase its supply levels.
“Many of our clients rely solely on our system and products, which gives us visibility and predictability,” he says.
Among the most relevant data shared by the executive, he highlights the supply of 465 MW in Peru based on previous experience in Spain.
In addition, they plan to close the year with between 4 and 5 GW delivered globally , with a strong presence in Italy, Ireland, the United Kingdom, and Germany.
