DIPREM is strengthening its international footprint as a strategic supplier of technical talent for the energy sector. Founded in Zárate, Argentina, the company has established operations in seven Latin American countries — including Chile, Peru, Mexico, Colombia, the Dominican Republic, and Guyana — and recently confirmed its entry into the Spanish market, marking its first step into Europe.

This expansion is part of a consolidated strategy based on project management and the provision of specialised technical profiles, tailored to both conventional and renewable energy technologies. DIPREM covers all stages of energy projects, from construction and operations to management, logistics and health & safety roles.

Its talent pool includes field managers, electrical and mechanical technicians, welders, HSE and HQD professionals, warehouse operators, and supervisors, with solutions adapted to the specific needs of each client and project phase. This comprehensive approach positions the company as a key partner for energy firms expanding across the region.

DIPREM is also deeply committed to developing young talent, offering internship programmes, internal mentoring schemes and partnerships with universities. In each country where it operates, the company forges relationships with academic institutions to facilitate the entry of new generations into the energy workforce. Its training model prioritises on-site, practical experience to complement formal education.

“We offer internships where young people join the organisation and grow within it,” said Ximena Castro Leal, DIPREM’s Commercial Manager for Colombia, during Future Energy Summit (FES) Colombia.

The company relies on experienced internal teams to lead mentoring efforts. “We’re supported by highly skilled staff who guide these young professionals in their development,” she added.

Alongside training, DIPREM actively seeks strategic partnerships with key sector players, including industry bodies and local stakeholders. These relationships allow the company to anticipate market needs and contribute to job creation in segments critical to the energy transition.

The firm’s vision aligns with the challenges facing the energy sector in Latin America and beyond, particularly the need for specialised human capital to support decarbonisation and infrastructure development. With its recent entry into Spain, DIPREM aims to strengthen its operational network and position itself as a regional leader in energy sector workforce solutions, focused on driving green jobs and supporting projects from the ground up.

“We are strongly focused on building strategic partnerships to strengthen and support those already active in the sector,” Castro Leal stated, highlighting DIPREM’s role as a bridge between companies, academic institutions and future professionals.

In a context where the energy transition demands skilled talent, agile solutions and integrated regional networks, DIPREM continues to scale its geographic and technical reach, combining commercial growth with impact in education and inclusive employment.
