CHISAGE ESS aims to capture 30% of the European residential market with low-voltage solutions

The company plans to reach €30 million in low-voltage solutions in 2025 and capture 30% of the European residential energy storage market. It already has 20,000 kits in stock, ready for deployment across Europe, according to Maciej Chyb, European Manager of CHISAGE ESS, in an interview at Intersolar.

CHISAGE ESS, a manufacturer of hybrid inverters and energy storage solutions, showcased its products at Intersolar Europe 2025 alongside its short- and long-term business goals for the continent. These include a projected €30 million investment in low-voltage solutions this year and the ambition to capture a 30% share of the European residential energy storage market.

“Last year, we invested nearly €6 million in this area, particularly in Eastern Europe. For a new company, the results have been quite efficient,” stated Maciej Chyb, European Manager of CHISAGE ESS, speaking to Strategic Energy Europe

“This year, our goal is to reach €30 million in low-voltage solutions,” he noted, with similar expectations for the high-voltage segment, where the company is also actively competing.

He also highlighted that their key target is to promote their product in both Eastern and Western Europe: “Right now, the East market is more experienced than the West, but we are promoting on both sides. We also have the batteries, so our kits are our key target for these kinds of markets,” he explained.

Strong Demand and European Coverage

CHISAGE ESS anticipates solid demand for its hybrid kits across the continent. The Polish market alone could absorb up to 15,000 units, while countries like Italy and Romania each represent a demand of around 5,000 kits.

“We want to show our strategy and cover 30% of this residential market,” Chyb stated. The focus is on complete low-voltage kits that integrate hybrid inverters, lithium batteries, and smart energy management systems.

Logistics and Technological Offering

With an annual production capacity of over 50,000 units, CHISAGE ESS operates six industrial lines in China and maintains 20,000 products in stock in Europe, ready for deployment.

“We purchase directly from our clients in China, handle shipping and installation here. We control the entire value chain,” Chyb detailed.

The company stands out for its local technical support, after-sales service, and a multicultural sales network that covers countries such as Spain, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and the Baltic states.

Segmented Growth: Residential and Commercial

CHISAGE ESS’s strategy clearly segments residential and commercial solutions. While the residential market in Eastern Europe is already mature, adoption in Western Europe is more recent but steadily growing.

“The residential market is slightly declining, while the commercial market is rising. That’s why we’re presenting both segments at Intersolar,” said Chyb.

“The European hybrid solutions market is growing; the residential segment has been around for four or five years in Eastern Europe and maybe two or three in Western Europe. This growth means more people—and companies—are willing to invest,” he added.

He emphasised that this trend means product capacity and technology should be higher and better suited for commercial projects.
“We are prepared for the residential segment, and this is something we already have in European stock: nearly 20,000 kits,” he said.

The company’s booth at Intersolar reflects this dual focus: the left side is dedicated to the residential segment, and the right to commercial solutions. Though both markets are relevant, the residential side is slightly declining while commercial demand is gaining momentum.

One of the standout products for industrial installations is the CE100215-B, an all-in-one system with 100 kW and 215 kWh capacity, charge/discharge efficiency above 94%, IP54 protection, and over 8,000 life cycles.

Global Presence and Strategic Vision

The company is part of the CHISAGE Holding Group, with more than 5,000 employees and a global turnover of $4.5 billion. In addition to its activity in Europe, it operates in the Middle East, Africa, and South America, with local teams in Dubai, South Africa, Lebanon, Hungary, and Pakistan.

“We are promoting internationally step by step. We want to be everywhere,” emphasised the Manager.

In a market with over 4,500 providers, CHISAGE ESS focuses on its operational and human model:  “For us, 70% of the business is the people and how we do things; only 30% is the product. The key is not the size of the booth, but having the right strategy,” Chyb concluded.
