José Ignacio Escobar warned that the country is facing a structural crisis driven by excess installed capacity, which has already reached 40 GW, compared with weak demand growth, hovering at around 10 GW. He argued that without a clear institutional roadmap within the first 100 days, investment will continue to remain on hold.
