La interconexión La Gomera-Tenerife, prevista en la planificación eléctrica vigente, comprende una línea subterráneo-submarina de doble circuito a 66 kV de 36 km y las dos nuevas subestaciones de 66 kV de El Palmar, en La Gomera, y de Chío, en Tenerife.

August 29, 2025OOW will work together with the remaining shareholders of the Salamander Offshore Wind Farm consisting of Simply Blue Group and Subsea7 to continue the development of the project into a demonstration project for commercial-scale floating offshore wind. The new consortium has been welcomed by Crown Estate Scotland.
