Growatt has launched the global initiative “Smiles Behind Every Kilowatt”, a campaign aimed at recognising engineers, installers and technical professionals whose expertise and commitment enable the deployment of solar PV and energy storage systems across international markets.
The initiative, running from 16 March to 17 April 2026, invites service engineers, installers, EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) partners, as well as technical support and commissioning teams, to share photos and experiences from their projects—capturing genuine moments behind each installation.
By showcasing real-world experiences, Growatt seeks to highlight the people behind every successful system while strengthening its global presence in smart energy solutions and fostering collaboration across the renewable energy industry.
Recognising the professionals behind every kilowatt
Each solar installation represents far more than equipment and technology. Behind every operational system is a skilled professional ensuring that design, installation, commissioning and operation meet the highest standards of performance, safety and local regulatory compliance.
The initiative provides a platform for professionals within the Growatt ecosystem to showcase their work by sharing:
- Photos featuring genuine smiles
- Growatt products in operation
- Installation sites
- A brief story about the project and professional pride
Participants can submit their entries via email ([email protected]). Additionally, they may post their photos on Instagram, tagging @growatt.new.energy to compete for a social media engagement award.
