Reazziona, the new energy supplier that provides electricity and gas, and manages local solar communities, has entered the market. It creates ‘solar neighbourhoods’ where customers living within 5 km of a solar facility enjoy the lowest energy prices.
Targeting households, retailers, SMEs and large-scale industries, the company aims to redefine the consumer–energy relationship through competitive pricing, personal service and value-added offerings—highlighting energy production within the local community, with benefits shared among residents and traders.
Reazziona is committed to a local, accessible and transparent energy model, delivering fairness and sustainability. Its fixed prices consistently rank among the most competitive long-term offers, helping customers reduce their electricity bills without worrying about switching providers.
Currently, it supplies electricity and access to locally sourced renewable energy through community solar schemes.
Reazziona is already operating more than 250 installations and has a further 1,000 in the permitting and construction phases. These enable users to consume renewable power without installation or investment, yielding savings of up to 30% on their bills—a clear path to creating solar neighbourhoods across Spain.
The supplier offers local solar communities so that anyone within 5 km can benefit from far more competitive prices compared to traditional tariffs.
Additionally, roof owners can lease their spaces for new shared installations, earning income while contributing to the development of local solar neighbourhoods—a more localised, clean, and collaborative energy model.
A clearer tariff model—no small print
Backed by Grupo Visalia, all the energy sold by Reazziona includes Guarantees of Origin (GdO) verified by the CNMC, confirming that it is fully renewable.
Reazziona’s commercial proposition is founded on tariff simplicity, transparent pricing and full clarity. The offering includes three electricity tariffs, a gas tariff launching in the coming months, and access to solar communities—all with no lock-in contracts and tailored to each consumption profile.
For electricity, Reazziona provides:
- Single-rate tariff with no time-of-use variation
- Fixed-period rate to help consumers optimise their usage
- Indexed rate tied directly to wholesale electricity market prices
The gas tariff, launching soon, will be a flat-rate model designed to avoid price shocks during peak winter demand. Additionally, contracting, account management, customer service and consumption monitoring will be 100% digital and mobile-based.
Solutions tailored for businesses and industry
Beyond residential customers, Reazziona offers tailored solutions for companies and industrial clients. These include indexed tariffs with optional partial fixes, long-term contracts, mixed solutions, and bespoke technical support depending on consumer profiles.
Experienced leadership behind a customer-centred model
Reazziona is led by David Busquets Pérez, newly appointed CEO. With over 17 years’ experience in the energy sector, he has built a solid multifaceted career with a strong commercial focus. His background spans direct sales to private and SME clients, management of large industrial accounts (KAM), coordination of indirect sales channels, and oversight of energy projects.
He brings extensive experience in commercial operations for both national and international energy suppliers, having worked at Gas Natural Fenosa, Alpiq Energía, Energya VM, Audax Renovables and Acciona Energía (IBEX 35).
For six years, he led commercial strategy at Audax Renovables, establishing a high-performance team and forging key strategic partnerships. He then took on the challenge at Solideo as Commercial Director, launching an in‑house retail energy supplier. Following Solideo’s acquisition by Acciona, he became Commercial Director for energy services to households and SMEs, expanding commercial reach nationwide.
Driven by entrepreneurial spirit, he joined Grupo Visalia, where he founded his own retail energy supplier and became a partner and CEO of Reazziona—his most personal and ambitious venture to date.
“Our priority is putting the customer at the centre, with a clear, fair and competitive offering. We want signing up for electricity or gas to be as simple as understandable, and for those who wish to benefit from local renewable energy with no hassle or investment. We are convinced that another way of consuming energy is possible, and we are making it a reality,” says Busquets.
